Each laser wood engraving map has been created with the upmost of care. After the lasering has been completed the board with the lake outline is then mounted over a tranquil blue coated 3/4" stand out frame, giving a uniquely layered three-dimensional effect. All standard sized maps measure 23.5" x 15" and come ready to hang horizontally or vertically depending on the northern direction of the compass which is also accented in blue. Due to the natural graining in wood, each piece is a one of a kind production. The natural grain in the wood is enhanced by our hand rubbed stain and two coats of lacquer creating a magnificent finished product. Some interesting statistics about each lake have been engraved into these maps. Each map comes with a Swarovski Crystal, allowing you to mark the location of your home or business.
