Durability
- Interior - Indefinate.
- Exterior- from 5-7 yrs in wet, humid climates, twice as long in hot, dry climates
Installation
- Simple DIY, no special skills reqd.
- faster than cedar shingles.
- Minimum suggested pitch is 30° (7in12), steeper pitch increases longevity.
- Installed in layered courses, at 6" on center, stapled to battens or a plywood subroof.
- For subsequent courses, allow the fringe of the next panel to overhang the panel in the preceding course
